San Bernardino, CA (May 4, 2023) – Wednesday night, one person died, and three others sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 215.

The fatal two-vehicle crash on Interstate 215 in San Bernardino happened around 11:50 p.m. on May 3.

CHP said the collision involved a vehicle and an Amazon 16-wheeler. Police responded and found three injured and one dead at the scene.
