1 Airlifted in Collision on State Route 86 [Brawley, CA]

Brawley, CA (April 30, 2024)– A person was injured following a vehicle collision on State Route 86 Tuesday night.

It was about 10:30 p.m. when the collision happened on the northbound freeway at Keystone Road.

A woman complaint that her vehicle was rear-ended while at the traffic light at the intersection. 

The injured person was airlifted to an out-of-county hospital with major injuries.

Troopers are investigating.
