San Antonio, TX (May 23, 2024) – 4-year-old Zayden Alex Francis sustained fatal injuries following a N General McMullen Drive accident Tuesday evening.

It was about 6 p.m. when the fatal accident happened at the 400 block area near Rosedale Park.

Responders rushed the critically injured child to a hospital where he died.
