Yuma Man Injured in South 4th Avenue Accident [Yuma, AZ]

Yuma, AZ (October 15, 2021) – On Thursday, a 41-year-old Yuma man suffered injuries in South 4th Avenue accident.

The crash took place after 9:30 in a crosswalk near 16th Street. Witnesses said the suspect vehicle left the scene without stopping. 

Right away, the aramedics took victim to Yuma Regional Medical Center (YRMC) with critical injuries. Then, he was later airlifted to a Phoenix hospital. 

Meanwhile, the officers located the suspect vehicle several hours after the collision. However, there is no information on the person driving, or on the car.
