39-Year-Old Man Injured in Highway 70 ATV Crash
Butte County, CA (February 05, 2022) – Yesterday, a 38-year-old Yuba City man died in a Polaris ATV crash on Highway 70.
The collision happened near Power House Hill Road.
Officers said the man was riding an ATV at about 50 mph and flipped on a turn.
Furthermore, a 39-year-old man was also riding the vehicle.
Investigators said both the driver and the passenger were thrown from the vehicle.
Unfortunately, the driver lost his life in the accident, while his passenger sustained moderate injuries.
