Visalia, CA (February 05, 2022) – On December 31, 2021, a young woman sustained injuries in a Houston Avenue hit-and-run crash.

Officers said the collision happened at about 6:00 p.m. near Burke Street.

According to the investigators, a young female pedestrian was struck in the roadway by two separate vehicles.
