People Injured in Waxahachie Fatal Collision
Waxahachie, TX (September 19, 2023) – On Sunday evening, 12-year-old Wyatt Randle was killed and others were injured in a traffic collision on Greathouse Road.
Officers said an ATV was westbound on Boz Road and did not stop at a stop sign at the intersection with Greathouse Road. At the same time, a Ford Ranger was northbound on Greathouse Road.
Investigating officers believe the ATV hit the Ford Ranger.
The ATV had four passengers who were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident. Officers said they are ages 16 and younger. They were all thrown from the ATV and airlifted to area hospitals.
Unfortunately, one of them, Wyatt Randle, died in the collision.
Moreover, investigating officers believe the 14-year-old brother of Randle was the ATV driver.
The Ford Ranger’s driver and passenger sustained injuries and were rushed to a local hospital.
Officers are still investigating.
