Female Driver Arrested in DUI Collision on I-5
Federal Way, WA (July 2, 2022) On Saturday morning, a WSP trooper was injured in a DUI crash on Interstate 5.
According to WSP, the trooper was inside his cruiser when another vehicle crashed into the rear of his car.
Reports say that the official just finished a traffic stop and had the emergency lights on.
The impact caused the cruiser to completely turn around to face the opposite direction and the other vehicle flipped on its side.
Paramedics say that both the trooper and the female driver sustained minor injuries.
The Washington State Patrol is investigating the incident.
