1 Airlifted after Lind Car Collision

 
LIND, WA (January 3, 2020) – A person was airlifted after a wrong-way car collision on Highway 395 on December 29.
 
The incident occurred on Highway 395 around eight miles south of Lind. The car that caused the collision drove in the wrong direction. According to troopers, two people got trapped in one of the vehicles.
 
Meanwhile, responders freed four children from one of the vehicles, A helicopter transported one passenger to the hospital. The extent of the person’s injuries is still unknown as of this time.
 
The authorities are still investigating the collision. It’s unclear whether the impairment is a factor in the collision.
