Fatal Vehicle Collision on Milepost 8
Salmon Creek, WA (October 18, 2023) – A Woodland man and a Portland man were killed in an Interstate 5 collision Sunday morning.
The authorities responded to the fatal head-on crash at about 1:45 a.m. at Milepost 8.
The two vehicles involved in the collision rested blocking the northbound lanes of the highway.
Sadly, both drivers died at the scene.
Officers withheld the identities of the deceased pending notification of kin. The authorities are still investigating.
