Women Transported in 2-Vehicle Crash on La Pita Mangana Road [Laredo, TX]

Laredo, TX (February 28, 2024) – Two women, ages 43 and 49, were injured following a 2-vehicle crash on La Pita Mangana Road Monday evening.

It was past 5 p.m. on February 26 when the traffic accident happened on Wright Way.

Witnesses said the rescue team had to use extraction tools to free people from being trapped in one of the vehicles.

Subsequently, ambulances transported the two injured women to hospitals with serious injuries. One of them was transported to Laredo Medical Center while the other was taken to Doctors Hospital.

Troopers are investigating the cause of the collision.
