Vehicle and Pedestrian Accident on Linda Vista Road
SAN DIEGO, CA (December 7, 2019) – A car struck and injured a woman in the 5900 block of Linda Vista Road on early Saturday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened near Goshen Street at approximately 5:30 PM.
Reports from the San Diego Fire Department said that the 19-year-old victim ran across the street into the path of a 2016 Toyota Prius and got hit.
The woman suffered a broken pelvis and other injuries. Fortunately, her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Alcohol did not appear to be a factor in the incident.
