50-Year-Old Woman Breaks Leg in Pedestrian Crash on 15th Street at F Street
SAN DIEGO, CA (June 4, 2018) – A female San Diego Police employee was seriously injured in a pedestrian collision on 15th Street, on Monday afternoon.
The hit-and-run crash occurred at around 1:30 PM, as the 50-year-old woman was walking northbound on 15th Street and starting to cross F Street. A white sedan then rolled through a stop sign and struck her.
The driver kept driving and left the area, heading westbound. Medics transported the injured victim to a hospital for treatment of a compound lower-leg fracture. There is no update on her current medical condition.
