SAN FRANCISCO, CA (January 13, 2020) – A woman was seriously injured in an e-scooter crash on Bay Street on Monday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened near The Embarcadero at approximately 3:25 PM.
 
Reports from the San Francisco police showed that the 69-year-old woman crashed her electric scooter into a cement mixer.
 
Furthermore, the paramedics later confirmed that the victim suffered critical injuries as a result of the impact. She was also taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
 
There has been no update on her current condition at this time.
