Woman Killed in Winton Way Pedestrian Collision [Atwater, CA]

Pedestrian Fatally Struck on Winton Way

Atwater, CA (January 20, 2022) – On Wednesday, a woman lost her life in a Winton Way pedestrian collision.

The fatal accident happened at 6:48 p.m. at the intersection with Fay Drive.

When the officers arrived at the scene, they found the injured woman lying in the roadway. They attempted life-saving measures but the woman died at the scene.

Moreover, investigators said two separate vehicles struck the female pedestrian.

One of the drivers remained on the scene while the driver of a Ford pickup left the scene after the incident and is considered to be outstanding.
