SAN RAFAEL, CA (June 16, 2022) – Tuesday night, a woman died in a pedestrian crash on Rubicon Court in San Rafael.
 
The incident happened when a 2016 Land Rover traveled north on Rubicon Court. Then, the driver crashed with an adult female pedestrian who was standing in the roadway.
 
Responders declared the woman dead at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, the uninjured Land Rover driver stayed at the scene. Eventually, authorities found out that the driver has been driving under the influence of alcohol at the time. Thus, the authorities arrested the driver for DUI.
