1 Dead in National City Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 5 and State Route 15
NATIONAL CITY, CA (August 30, 2021) – Thursday morning, a woman died in a pedestrian crash on Interstate 5 and State Route 15.
The incident happened at about 4:50 a.m., the California Highway Patrol revealed. According to reports, several vehicles hit a woman as she runs across northbound Interstate 5, south of State Route 15.
The authorities revealed that the female victim had run from the right shoulder toward the center divider. Then, the crash happened.
At this time, the authorities haven’t revealed whether the vehicle stopped. Also, they didn’t disclose the number of vehicles that hit the pedestrian.
