1 Dead in Los Angeles Accident on 10 Freeway and Santa Fe Avenue
LOS ANGELES, CA (October 4, 2021) – Sunday morning, a woman died in a multi-vehicle crash on 10 Freeway and Santa Fe Avenue.
The incident happened just after 5:00 a.m. on eastbound 10 Freeway, west of Santa Fe Avenue.
According to reports, the incident involved a big rig and at least three other vehicles.
Responders took the woman to an area hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
Meanwhile, the incident led authorities to issue a SigAlert at around 5:20 a.m. This led to the closure of the Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 lanes of the eastbound freeway. By 8:49 a.m., the authorities canceled the SigAlert.
Due to the limited information available, the authorities continue to investigate the crash.
