1 Dead in Larchmont Pedestrian Accident on N Western Avenue and Rosewood Avenue

LARCHMONT, CA (July 9, 2024) – Last June 22, a 26-year-old woman died in a horrific hit-and-run crash on N Western Avenue.

Police are seeking help from the public in locating a hit-and-run driver who killed a 26-year-old woman in the Larchmont community in late June. 

Around 3:20 a.m., the tragic accident occurred near the intersection of N. Western Avenue and Rosewood Avenue.

Reports said that a woman, crossing the street within a marked crosswalk, was struck by a southbound late-model white pickup truck, believed to be either a Ford or Chevrolet.

The victim, who remains unidentified, was rushed to a nearby hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.

In response, the City of Los Angeles is offering a reward of up to $50,000 through the Hit-and-Run Reward Program Trust Fund for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the suspect involved in this fatal incident.
