Hit-and-Run Crash Leaves Woman Dead in Long Beach
LONG BEACH, CA (May 22, 2019) – A hit-and-run crash at Pacific Avenue and 25th Street left a woman dead Monday night. Officers responded to the incident at around 9:20 p.m. They found a woman at the intersection when they arrived at the scene.
Firefighters with the Long Beach Fire Department also responded to the incident. Subsequently, they pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
Just a short distance away from the crash site, officers found a white SUV with two adults inside it. They detained both people. The crash is being investigated.
