Authorities say that the vehicle-pedestrian crash happened at around 3:30 p.m. in the area of Golden State and San Benito, near Highway 99.
Reports say that a vehicle fatally struck a woman who allegedly walked in front of the vehicle. Officials have not released any additional details about the victim.
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and police say impairment is not a factor in the traffic accident.
