ARMONA, CA (February 23, 2022) – Monday afternoon, a woman died in a pedestrian crash on 14th Avenue near Locust Street.
The incident happened at 3:45 p.m. on 14th Avenue near Locust Street.
According to reports, as the woman walked in Armona, a driver leaving the nearby Dollar General parking lot hit her.
Then, responders took the woman to Kaweah Health Medical Center in Visalia. However, she later succumbed to her injuries.
Meanwhile, the driver didn’t see the woman in the crosswalk. Also, alcohol or drugs didn’t play a role in the crash.
