43-Year-Old Woman Injured in Three-Vehicle Crash on Dewey Drive and Madison Avenue [Carmichael, CA]

CARMICHAEL, CA (February 16, 2021) – On Monday, a 43-year-old woman sustained injuries in a three-vehicle crash on Dewey Drive and Madison Avenue.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 2:15 p.m. A Dodge Ram ran a red light as it turned north onto Dewey Drive from eastbound Madison Avenue.
 
Then, the pickup truck collided with a westbound Toyota Highlander on Madison Avenue. Afterward, a third vehicle, a Toyota Camry, then struck the rear side of the Highlander.
 
Thus, responders transported the Highlander driver, a 43-year-old woman, to a local hospital with major injuries.
 
The authorities haven’t disclosed further details regarding the identity of the drivers involved in the crash.
