BUTTE COUNTY, CA (October 28, 2021) – Wednesday morning, a woman suffered injuries in a rollover crash on Highway 32 and Meridian Road.
 
The incident occurred at about 7:00 a.m. on Highway 32 and Meridian Road.
 
According to reports, the crash involved a Jeep Wrangler and a Dodge Durango.
 
CHP Officer Torrey Rodgers confirmed that the Jeep traveled south on Meridian Road. Then, it stopped at a stop sign on the north side of Highway 32. As the Jeep attempted to cross Highway 32, an eastbound Durang on Highway 32 struck the Jeep on the side.
 
As a result, the Jeep rolled over, struck a fence, and landed on its roof. The Jeep rolled in front of a home, adjacent to Highway 32.
 
Meanwhile, the Jeep driver admitted that she thought she could cross the highway on time. However, her timing was off.
 
She sustained moderate injuries as a result. Meanwhile, the Durango occupants suffered no injuries in the crash.
