Woman Injured in Pedestrian Collision on Red Hill Avenue [San Anselmo, CA]

Female Pedestrian Struck and Injured by Vehicle near Forbes Avenue

 
SAN ANSELMO, CA (July 18, 2018) – A woman was hospitalized late Wednesday afternoon following a pedestrian collision on Red Hill Avenue.
 
According to the Central Marin Police, the accident took place shortly after 4:30 PM near Forbes Avenue. A 41-year-old woman was crossing outside of a marked crosswalk when she was struck by a silver Chrysler.
 
The pedestrian was transported to the Marin General Hospital after sustaining non-life-threatening injuries. Her identity and current condition were not immediately available. Meanwhile, the driver of the Chrysler remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
