64-Year-Old Pedestrian Hurt after Crash near Riverside Tyler Galleria Mall
RIVERSIDE, CA (October 30, 2019) – A 64-year-old Riverside woman suffered injuries in a pedestrian crash near Riverside Tyler Galleria Mall, Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Riverside Police Department, the incident happened at about 1:00 PM. The woman had exited the Nordstrom’s north side door and began crossing a roadway in a marked crosswalk.
As she headed toward the mall’s parking lot, a red Chevy pickup truck attempted to turn right. Then, the truck hit the victim along the north side of Nordstrom’s.
Emergency responders rushed the woman to Riverside Community Hospital with major injuries. Meanwhile, it is unknown whether or not the police arrested the 25-year-old truck driver.
