Dealing With Similar Incidents
In today’s current state of affairs, taking strolls outdoors is becoming the new normal. With this, so does the likelihood of accidents involving pedestrians.
Car accidents are far more common than pedestrian accidents. However, there is still reason to be wary when traveling on foot.
“Pedestrian accidents do not occur as much as vehicle accidents. However, pedestrian accidents tend to include more serious injuries,” Tyler Toomey said. He is a practicing attorney at Sweet Lawyers.
“It’s because they are sometimes hard to see. They also ride bikes, skateboards, etc. Pedestrian incidents usually occur in shopping center entrances and street corners,” he added.
