Injuries Reported in Seatac Multi-Vehicle Accident on Interstate 5 by 200th Street

 
SEATAC, WA (May 18, 2021) – Sunday afternoon, a woman suffered injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 5 near 200th Street.
 
The incident occurred at around 3:50 p.m., said investigators with the Washington State Patrol.
 
According to them, a 2003 Lexus had its tires spinning on the right shoulder of northbound Interstate 5 near 200th Street. Then, it turned left into traffic and crashed into a 2004 Acura.
 
The Acura crashed into a 2020 Toyota, which knocked it into a guardrail. Afterward, a 2021 Dodge Ram pickup crashed into the rear of the Acura.
 
On the other hand, the Lexus stopped and its driver and passenger both escaped on foot.
 
Meanwhile, a 26-year-old Tacoma woman in the Acura sustained injuries. Thus, responders took her to the hospital for treatment.
 
According to reports, the 5 Freeway crash totaled the Lexus, Acura, and Toyota.
