47-Year-Old Woman Injured in Cross Street Pedestrian Accident [Laredo, TX]

Laredo, TX (March 25, 2024) – Three people were injured following a Cross Street pedestrian accident early Sunday morning.

The LPD officers responded at about 4 a.m. to the traffic accident on S Malinche Avenue.

Upon arrival, the authorities located a 47-year-old woman on the floor complaining about lower body injuries after getting struck by a car. The paramedics transported to Doctors Hospital in stable condition.

The authorities also found two other females, ages 18 and 19. They were  walking at the scene and were not struck by the car, rather, these females were pushed to the side of the road by the same vehicle. They sustained slight injuries to the knees.

Troopers are investigating.
