Leigha Addington Arrested for DUI in Fresno Accident by Highway 180
FRESNO, CA (April 18, 2021) – Saturday afternoon, a woman suffered major injuries in a head-on crash near Highway 180 and Cornelia Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol officers, the incident occurred just before 5:00 p.m. Moreover, it happened near Highway 180 and Cornelia Avenue.
Also, the officers said that the suspect headed west on the highway. Then, she crashed head-on with the woman traveling east.
Meanwhile, the authorities confirmed that the suspect, Leigha Addington, was three times over the legal limit at the time of the collision. Furthermore, she had a suspended license.
On the other hand, the victim sustained major injuries but is expected to survive.
The suspect sustained minor injuries. Also, the officers confirmed that this incident isn’t the suspect’s first DUI.
