VENTURA COUNTY, CA (January 2, 2022) – Saturday, a woman suffered injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 118 and Mesa School Road.
 
The incident happened at about 3:35 a.m. on Highway 118 near Mesa School Road.
 
Moreover, Officer Gilberto Olguin of the CHP’s Ventura office confirmed that a Honda Accord struck a utility pole.
 
As a result, the Ventura County Fire Department crews extricated a female right-front passenger. Then, responders transported her to Ventura County Medical Center in critical condition.
 
Meanwhile, the authorities arrested the male driver on suspicion of felony DUI. After taking him to Ventura County Medical Center with moderate injuries, they booked him into Ventura County jail.
