1 Hurt in Fontana Auto Accident on Foothill Boulevard and Almeria Avenue
FONTANA, CA (January 6, 2021) – Tuesday night, a woman suffered injuries in a traffic crash on Foothill Boulevard and Almeria Avenue.
The crash occurred at around 6:51 p.m. on Foothill Boulevard, west of Almeria Avenue.
Upon the officers’ arrival, they found a possible head-on crash between a white Mercedes SUV and a red Ford Mustang.
Fontana Public Information Officer Daniel Romero confirmed that when medics arrived, they extricated the Mustang driver. Then, responders took her to a local hospital with moderate injuries.
Meanwhile, the Mercedes driver received treatment at the scene.
At this time, the authorities do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
