1 Hurt in San Diego Pedestrian Accident on Carroll Canyon Road and Scranton Road
SAN DIEGO, CA (February 15, 2021) – Sunday morning, a 25-year-old woman suffered injuries in a crash on Carroll Canyon Road and Scranton Road.
The incident happened kist after midnight during a street takeover on Carroll Canyon Road and Scranton Road.
“The vehicle did a wide ‘donut’ and the crowd moved north to avoid being hit,” revealed Officer Robert Heims. “The pedestrian did not move and was struck by the vehicle.”
The authorities described the vehicle as a dark or blue sedan. According to them, it has two chrome exhaust pipes coming out of the left rear side. Also, it possibly suffered damage to the right rear quarter panel.
As a result of the crash, responders took the victim to Scripps Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
