1 Hurt in San Diego Auto Accident on Broadway and 11th Avenue
SAN DIEGO, CA (May 8, 2022) – Saturday, a 30-year-old woman suffered injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Broadway and 11th Avenue.
The incident happened at around 3:40 a.m. on Broadway and 11th Avenue.
According to reports, a 30-year-old woman driving a westbound red 2008 Mazda 6 failed to yield to a red light. Then, it broadsided with a 42-year-old man driving a northbound white 2016 Cadillac Escalade.
As a result, the woman sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Medical responders took the woman to a hospital.
At this time, the authorities do not believe that alcohol played a role in the crash.
Furthermore, the San Diego police encouraged anyone with information about the incident to contact Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477.
Driving can be very dangerous and almost anything can happen if you are not prepared. Thus, it is important to slow down if you see traffic stalling ahead to avoid hitting other vehicles.
