The incident happened at around 7:00 p.m. at the 400 block of Antelope Boulevard between Damon and Chestnut Avenues.
 
According to the Red Bluff police, a utility van struck a female pedestrian who was wearing dark clothing. The crash happened as the pedestrian walked in the eastbound lanes of the roadway.
