1 Person Hospitalized in San Diego Pedestrian Accident on 2800 El Cajon Boulevard
SAN DIEGO, CA (February 14, 2023) – Sunday night, a woman sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on 2800 El Cajon Boulevard.
The incident happened at around 6:30 p.m. in the 2800 block of El Cajon Boulevard.
According to San Diego Police Department, a westbound vehicle struck a female pedestrian who was crossing the street. Then, the vehicle fled the scene without stopping.
Moreover, responding paramedics transported the 25-year-old pedestrian to a hospital with two fractured ribs and a laceration to her head.
Furthermore, authorities confirmed that signs were posted in the vicinity that warned against pedestrians crossing.
