Motorcycle Accident Snarls Traffic Near Montesano

 
MONTESANO, WA (August 25, 2019) – A woman was hospitalized after a motorcycle accident on Highway 12 westbound on Sunday evening.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened before midnight. Based on a report, the 24-year-old woman from Hoquiam lost control of her 2007 Suzuki VS800 motorcycle before it struck the cable barrier and came to rest in the right lane. No other party was involved in the crash.
 
The paramedics sent the victim to Grays Harbor Community Hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
 
The right lane was blocked for more than an hour. Police did not release any other information at this time. However, an investigation continues.
