Woman Dies in Washington Boulevard Pedestrian Accident [Los Angeles, CA]

Los Angeles, CA (August 19, 2021) – On Wednesday, a woman lost her life in a Washington Boulevard pedestrian accident.

The fatal crash took place at about  8 p.m. at Gramercy Place.

Investigating officers said she was struck by a westbound silver sedan as she crossed the roadway in a marked crosswalk.

Paramedics immediately took the victim to a hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries. 

Officers withheld the victim’s name, pending notification of her relatives.
