One Fatally Struck on Interstate 90 in Kennewick
Kennewick, WA (January 28, 2022) – Yesterday, a woman loses her life in a pedestrian accident on Interstate 90.
The officers received the accident report past midnight on the eastbound freeway in Grant County.
Officers said a blue Subaru Ascent was approaching MP-155 in the same lane.
Unfortunately, the vehicle struck the woman who died at the scene.
When the officers arrived at the crash scene, they located both the pedestrian and the vehicle driven by a 43-year-old Granite Falls on the shoulder of the road.
Meanwhile, the authorities did not provide information on why the woman was on the road. Also, it is unknown at this time if drugs or alcohol were involved in the collision.
Officers are investigating the pedestrian accident on Interstate 90.
