Salinas Fatal Pedestrian Crash
Salinas, CA (August 15, 2022) – On Sunday, at approximately 6 a.m., a female pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in an accident on Highway 1 near Springfield Road.
The authorities say the victim was walking on the southbound freeway when a 2018 Honda Accord struck her.
The Honda driver stopped his vehicle on the side of the road. However, at least two other vehicles also hit the victim.
