29-year-old Female Pedestrian Struck and Killed in Accident on Imperial Avenue in San Diego
San Diego, CA (October 09, 2020) – On Thursday, a 29-year-old woman died in a pedestrian accident on Imperial Avenue, just west of Viewcrest Drive.
Moreover, the SDPD says that the motorist did not see the woman walking on the 7200 block of Imperial Avenue.
Furthermore, police say the San Diego accident happened at 8:09 p.m. when a 2005 Mercedes sedan westbound in the No. 1 lane.
Additionally, the Mercedes driver was a 52-year-old woman, who was not able to dodge the pedestrian.
Subsequently, SDPD says, the female pedestrian died at the scene.
Lastly, authorities are still investigating the cause of the accident, it was not a DUI per investigation reports.
