Officers Search for Suspect Driver in Bakersfield Fatal Crash
Bakersfield, CA (July 13, 2022) – On Tuesday, a woman sustained fatal injuries in a hit-and-run crash at Jefferson Park.
The authorities responded to the crash scene at 6:47 a.m. in East Bakersfield and located a dead woman.
According to the officers, the 57-year-old transient woman was sleeping in the middle of the park when an unidentified truck driver ran her over.
Reports say the suspects are a white male driver and a white female passenger while the suspect vehicle is a white mid-2000s Ford F150.
