San Jose, CA (August 19, 2024) On Sunday evening, a woman was killed after a disastrous auto-pedestrian crash on Snell Avenue.

According to San Jose police, the deadly pedestrian collision happened around 10:30 p.m. on the area of Snell Avenue and Capitol Expressway.

Reports say that a woman was struck by a vehicle. First responders arrived and found a woman suffering injuries. Medics rushed the woman to the hospital where she succumbed to her injuries and was declared deceased.

Authorities say that the driver stayed at the scene.
