Lancaster, CA (February 14, 2022) – On Monday, a woman lost her life in a 14 Freeway multi-vehicle collision.

Officers received the crash report at 12:07 a.m. on the northbound freeway south of Avenue H.

Witnesses said the incident was a head-on crash wherein one of the motorists was driving the wrong way.
