According to authorities, the incident happened at around 5:30 a.m. on Rural Road.
 
Reports revealed that a southbound pickup truck lost control and veered into the northbound lanes. Then, it struck a woman sitting at a Tempe bus stop. Meanwhile, the pickup truck driver remained at the scene.
