Felix Ferdin Arrested on DUI after Crashing Car into Home in Modesto Killing Three
MODESTO, CA (June 9, 2019) – A 38-year-old woman and two little girls were killed following a DUI Crash on Sam Avenue early Sunday morning.
The crash was reported around 1:34 a.m., in the 1200 block of Sam Avenue. Dispatchers arrived just outside the city limits shortly after.
According to reports, a westbound 2007 Chevrolet Equinox was traveling at high rates of speed on Holm Avenue, and failed to stop at the stop sign. The car eventually went through the fence and backyard of a duplex before crashing into the building.
Arriving crews found the woman and three girls inside the home upon arrival. The paramedics were immediately dispatched due to the extent of their injuries.
The woman and a 5-year-old girl were both rushed to Memorial Medical Center for further treatment. There, they eventually succumbed to their injuries.
Furthermore, a 10-year-old girl was flown to the UC Davis Medical Center for further treatment of major injuries. A 3-year-old girl was also taken to Doctors Medical Center, where she also later died as a result of the impact.

Moreover, Ferdin currently remains in custody with bail set at $100,000. The identities of the deceased victims have not yet been released, as the incident still remains under investigation at this time.
