Pedestrian in Critical Condition after Hit by Vehicle on Larrylyn Drive in Whittier
WHITTIER, CA (September 16, 2019) – A woman was airlifted to a hospital following a pedestrian crash Monday afternoon in Whittier, CHP officials said.
The crash happened around 4:20 p.m. in the 11000 block of Larrylyn Drive near Lebo Street and Leffingwell Road.
According to an initial report, a female pedestrian was walking along Larrylyn Drive when a vehicle struck her. As a result, the woman suffered serious injuries.
Paramedics airlifted the patient to Los Angeles County+USC Medical Center who was listed in critical condition.
It is unknown if charges has been filed and liability has not yet been determined. The incident is still under investigation.
