Fountain Valley Woman Dies after Huntington Beach Two-Vehicle Crash near Cypress Drive
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA (August 24, 2019) – An 88-year-old Fountain Valley woman has died from injuries she suffered more than a week ago in a two-vehicle crash in Huntington Beach. Authorities did not release the identity of the victim.
According to the Huntington Beach Police Department, the incident happened at about 1:40 PM. Due to unknown reasons, a 2007 Toyota Camry, driven by the victim, and a 2015 Mini Cooper collided in the area of Beach Boulevard and Cypress Drive.
Emergency responders rushed the woman to Huntington Beach Hospital with neck and back pain. Unfortunately, she succumbed to injuries over a week after the incident.
