San Francisco Fatal Crash
San Francisco, CA (October 14, 2021) – On Thursday, a woman in her 30s lost her life in Van Ness Avenue hit-and-run crash.
The officers responded to the crash scene at 1:05 a.m. in the intersection with McAllister Street.
When the authorities arrived, they found the woman lying in the roadway. They rushed her to the hospital with critical injuries.
Despite life-saving measures, she later died at the hospital.
Investigating officers believe a light-colored SUV was involved in the crash and fled the scene. However, no arrests have been made.
