Vehicle Crashes into Tree in Willowbrook, Fatality Reported
WILLOWBROOK, CA (November 28, 2018) – At least one person was killed following a car accident Wednesday evening in Willowbrook.
The crash happened around 9:02 p.m. at the intersection of East 124th Street and South Central Avenue.
CHP officials said a vehicle had crashed into a tree and was reportedly smoking. The occupants were still inside the vehicle when first responders arrived.
Life-saving measures were performed but at least one fatality was found as a result of the accident. A coroner was immediately notified to pick up the victim’s remains.
Details are sparse on what exactly transpired to cause the collision. Investigation of this fatal incident is still ongoing.
